The staff were very helpful and kind, always willing to assist us in any way they could. We enjoyed the fact that there were two grocery stores nearby, and that the hotel was located in a quiet residential area. the amenities offered were great, especially the delicious coffee available in the lobby.
The hotel was quite far from the city's main attractions, making it difficult to explore the city as a tourist. the Wi-Fi was only available in the lobby, and we had to switch rooms twice due to a lack of natural light.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near two grocery stores and close to my client's family home, which made it easy for me to get around. The room had a small fridge and the lobby coffee was enjoyable.
The hotel was far from the city's main attractions and the lack of hot water was an inconvenience. the Wi-Fi only worked properly in the lobby, and the renovations going on in the hotel caused some noise disturbances.
